Okay, there are a few things you need to remind/explain to your houses before the start of Hogsmeade! You're welcome to post it/format it as you wish, but please get it out as soon as you can ^^

There are three topics below that you need to bring up to your houses, each with important links and details. You are free to leave out/add whatever you think will fit your house best; each house is different. Just make sure the basics are there. :)

Remember that the April Hogsmeade weekend takes place June 15-17, and the theme is So Long, Hogsmeade! (Travel & Adventure)

Flourish Shops & Stalls

  Signups ARE STILL OPEN!
  Themed Tag Check
• Remember that even if your house is full, you can sign up to be back ups, in case someone needs to drop out! (which does happen sometimes!)
• Both stalls and shops are required to sign up in advance! (You'll probably want to check the status of your house's signups before you post, as some houses are already full and some still have some spaces.)
• Review of themes - members joining since the last Hogsmeade are frequently not aware of what gift tags are, so a discussion of the themes individually can help keep your house from missing out on that theme.
• Discussion - if your house is in for strategy, they can plan their attack. If your stall owners are excitable, they can ask people what kind of tags they like. Whatever...

• The queue is currently open!
• You have to be a member of hh_stamping and hogsmeadewkends to submit your application or vote on applications, so make sure your housemates don't miss out on the fun because they're missing a comm membership!
• Discussion - newcomers might want to ask about the different themes, old schoolers might want to share their previous stamps or stamping experiences, everyone might want to say if/which themes they are trying to get stamped this weekend, whatever you think your common room will get excited about

  Questions

  
  Whatever you and your experienced members can't answer, ask us, the stamping mod, or the flourish mods as appropriate. You can direct them to the right places or ask for them and bring the answers back, whichever you're more comfortable with or you think will work better for your house.
  
  If you can all let us know when you've posted to your common rooms, that would be wonderful! Once we've confirmed that you've posted, you'll get your 5 points!
