Hi guys! We come bearing all of the information that needs to be distributed for the Hogsmeade weekend to your respective houses. You can do a basic copy/paste, add things, stress the relevant stuff, split into different posts, do whatever you like but just make sure the standard, basic information is out there!

REMEMBER: 19th - 21st of October and the theme is Festival of the Dead!

FLOURISH SHOPS AND STALLS:

None of the houses are full right now, but remember that you can sign up to be a back-up in case someone drops out!
You must sign up in advance, for both shops and stalls.
Have a look here for any other information you think would be relevant to include!

STAMPING:

The queue will open at 16:00 UTC on Tuesday!
Make sure people know they must be a member of hh_stamping and of course, hogsmeadewkends to submit or vote on applications!

We'll be posting what's needed to win a banner and the schedule soon-ish (um yeah) so that might be something else you'd want to let your houses know about later.
If you get any questions you're unable to answer, there's Isa and I, c_hrista our Stamping mod or rebel and lucentvictrola who are the Flourish mods. Either ask and then relay the answer back or just direct them to whoever can help.

Sorry this is a little late, you guys, I started my job yesterday and I've been kinda all over the place. ugh.

If you haven't already (I know one of you have), please post the following info for your common rooms :)

You're welcome to post it/format it as you wish, but please get it out as soon as you can ^^ There are three topics below that you need to bring up to your houses, each with important links and details. You are free to leave out/add whatever you think will fit your house best; each house is different. Just make sure the basics are there. :) Remember that the August weekend takes place August 17-19, and the theme is: TV & Movies

Remember that even if your house is full, you can sign up to be back ups, in case someone needs to drop out! (which does happen sometimes!)
Both stalls and shops are required to sign up in advance! (You'll probably want to check the status of your house's signups before you post, as some houses are already full and some still have some spaces.)
Review of themes - members joining since the last Hogsmeade are frequently not aware of what gift tags are, so a discussion of the themes individually can help keep your house from missing out on that theme.

Whatever you and your experienced members can't answer, ask us, the stamping mod, or the flourish mods as appropriate. You can direct them to the right places or ask for them and bring the answers back, whichever you're more comfortable with or you think will work better for your house.

If you can all let us know when you've posted to your common rooms, that would be wonderful! Once we've confirmed that you've posted, you'll get your 5 points!
